About the role

We are overhauling the performance and reliability of our customer‑facing services on React Native. You will lead the effort to tighten load times, reduce crashes, and improve overall stability across Android and iOS builds.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing codebase and pinpoint performance bottlenecks
• Implement lazy loading, code‑splitting, and native module optimizations
• Set up robust error monitoring and automated regression testing
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure smooth animations without sacrificing speed
• Document best practices and hand over guidelines for future maintenance

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production React Native apps
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript performance patterns
• Hands‑on experience with Android and iOS native integrations
• Proficiency in profiling tools (Flipper, Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler)

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Background in network optimization for mobile data usage
