Senior Terraform Engineer for Automated Kubernetes Deployment

About the role

Ridgeline Software is expanding a core B2B product with a new multi‑tenant capability. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the IaC pipelines that will provision isolated environments for each tenant while keeping operational overhead low.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify multi‑tenant AWS infrastructure using Terraform modules.
• Integrate Terraform workflows into existing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with backend and security teams to enforce tenancy isolation and compliance.
• Write documentation and runbooks for environment provisioning and disaster recovery.
• Monitor and optimise resource usage across tenant stacks.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform experience in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, VPC design, and IAM policies.
• Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with policy‑as‑code tools like Sentinel or OPA.
• Background in cost‑optimization and tagging strategies.
