About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding its B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code that supports isolated tenant environments while keeping operational overhead low.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify multi‑tenant AWS networking, security, and compute resources using Terraform.
• Integrate Terraform pipelines into existing CI/CD workflows for automated provisioning.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to translate feature requirements into scalable infrastructure.
• Implement state management, module libraries, and versioning best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on IaC standards.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform experience in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS).
• Proven DevOps mindset with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong scripting abilities (Shell, Python) for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
