About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching an intensive sprint to tighten CI/CD pipelines and automate platform provisioning. We need a Terraform Engineer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune IaC modules that speed up our release cadence while keeping infrastructure reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reusable Terraform modules for AWS services supporting our CI/CD workflow
• Integrate Terraform with existing pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Automate environment provisioning, state management, and drift detection
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to embed best practices
• Document architecture decisions and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform experience in production environments
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.)
• Strong background in DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling
• Proficiency with version control, testing, and code review processes

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
