About the role

Summit Digital is launching a focused sprint to automate its CI/CD pipeline and platform release workflow. We need a TypeScript Developer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune automation scripts that accelerate delivery cycles while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build reusable TypeScript modules for CI/CD tooling integration
• Create and maintain pipelines in GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Develop scripts to automate environment provisioning and version bumping
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA engineers to embed testing and security checks
• Document automation patterns and provide knowledge transfer sessions

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and unit tests

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React front‑end projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in platform automation or release engineering
