Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch images to the highest standards of quality and consistency, ensuring that all visual elements meet the client's requirements and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the design team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas, utilizing your expertise in image editing to enhance and refine the overall visual impact of the projects.
• Utilize your skills in color correction, color grading, and color management to ensure that all images have a consistent look and feel, aligning with the client's brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with photographers and art directors to plan and execute photo shoots, providing input on lighting, composition, and styling to achieve the desired visual effects.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest trends and techniques in image editing, staying up-to-date with the latest software and technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure that all expectations are met.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a deep understanding of its tools, features, and capabilities.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience in image editing, retouching, and manipulation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, photographers, and other stakeholders.
