Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into our database management system with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve data-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the data management team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry operations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare reports and summaries of data entry activities, as required.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve productivity goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new developments and technologies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety and health standards.
- Perform other duties as required, including special projects and tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
