AWS Cloud Engineer – Secure Cloud Migration

About the role

Silverline Labs is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the cloud backbone that powers this data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Architect secure VPCs and subnets for multi‑service communication
• Deploy and manage Lambda functions that orchestrate API calls
• Configure IAM roles and policies for least‑privilege access across services
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline/CodeBuild for automated deployments
• Monitor performance and cost using CloudWatch and Trusted Advisor

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Proficiency in containerization with Docker
• Solid DevOps practices including IaC (CloudFormation or Terraform)
• Linux system administration and scripting

Nice to have

• Knowledge of billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora)
• Familiarity with CRM APIs such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience with serverless frameworks and API Gateway
