CI/CD Pipeline Engineer Needed for Production Observability Stack Setup

About the role

LumenWorks is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that support multiple micro‑services and ensure smooth, repeatable deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows on AWS using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC (CloudFormation or Terraform)
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and monitoring into pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to embed best practices and troubleshoot pipeline failures

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Hands‑on DevOps scripting (Shell, Python, or Groovy)
• Understanding of version control, branching strategies, and release management

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with security tooling (Snyk, Checkov)
• Background in performance testing and canary releases
