Key Responsibilities

• Create stunning visual content and designs that capture the essence of our brand and products
• Develop concepts and designs for logos, branding, marketing materials, and digital assets
• Collaborate with our design director, copywriters, and account managers to ensure that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
• Work closely with our development team to ensure that our designs are technically feasible and meet the requirements of our clients
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on time
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand and products
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all aspects of design
• Collaborate with our social media team to create engaging content and designs for our social media channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
• Stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Provide design support and guidance to other teams as needed

Requirements

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality in all aspects of design
• Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
