Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance digital images using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software
• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content
• Apply color correction, retouching, and other image editing techniques to achieve desired visual effects
• Optimize images for web use, ensuring fast loading times and high-quality display on various devices
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement visual style guides and brand identities
• Create and edit graphics, icons, and other visual elements for use in digital projects
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital image editing
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client expectations and company quality guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including project files and client communications
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending workshops and conferences as required
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all company materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in image editing, graphic design, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with experience in other image editing software a plus
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual design principles
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual quality and consistency
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Experience working with a range of file formats, including JPEG, PNG, and TIFF
• Familiarity with design principles, including typography, color, and layout
