As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from logo design and branding to print and digital marketing materials. You will be responsible for developing and refining design concepts, creating mockups and prototypes, and presenting your work to clients and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that our designs are always aligned with our clients' goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative logo design concepts that capture the essence of our clients' brands
• Collaborate with our design team to refine and finalize logo designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, ensuring that our designs are always fresh and relevant
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, goals, and objectives
• Create mockups and prototypes of logo designs for client review and feedback
• Present design work to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of design concepts and decisions
• Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that our designs are always aligned with our clients' goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of design work, showcasing your skills and experience as a logo designer
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorms, contributing your ideas and perspectives to the design process
• Provide constructive feedback and criticism to fellow designers, helping to refine and improve their work
• Stay organized and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure that all design work is completed to a high standard, meeting our agency's quality and excellence expectations
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all design work is error-free and of the highest quality
• Collaborate with other teams, such as development and marketing, to ensure that our designs are always aligned with our clients' goals and objectives

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of logo design work, showcasing your skills and experience as a logo designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and clients
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for error-free and high-quality design work
• Experience with design software, including Sketch and Figma
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, with the ability to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands
• Ability to receive and act on feedback, with a positive and open-minded attitude towards constructive criticism
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
