Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop unique, creative logos that capture the essence of each brand
• Conceptualize and refine logo designs based on client feedback and design briefs
• Create logo design concepts, presentations, and style guides
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, industries, and design preferences
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and software
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure that design expectations are met
• Refine and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and the design team
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of your work, showcasing your skills and expertise
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and web development, to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Provide design support and guidance to junior team members
• Maintain organization and accuracy of design files, ensuring that all designs are uploaded to our server and backed up regularly

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logo design, graphic design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise in logo design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to refine and iterate on designs
• Familiarity with design principles, branding, and visual identity
• Ability to take feedback and direction from clients and the design team
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Experience with design software, such as Sketch, Figma, or other similar tools
