Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for our YouTube channel, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and visually appealing
• Collaborate with our team of writers, producers, and designers to develop compelling content
• Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer to edit videos
• Ensure all videos meet our company's quality and style standards
• Work closely with our producers to develop and implement editing styles and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Provide feedback and suggestions to our team to improve the quality of our content
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand and tone
• Collaborate with our social media team to develop engaging thumbnails and titles for our videos
• Participate in brainstorms and meetings to discuss new ideas and projects
• Maintain organized files and project folders, ensuring easy access to footage and assets
• Perform other duties as required, such as color correction, sound design, and visual effects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and narrative structure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
