About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Database Administrator who can design, tune, and maintain the data layer that powers seamless data flow across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement schema designs for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL supporting high‑volume transactions
• Develop ETL pipelines and data synchronization scripts between billing, CRM, and internal services
• Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and resolve bottlenecks
• Establish backup, recovery, and security best practices for all databases
• Collaborate with developers to optimize queries and API data contracts

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL administration
• Proficiency in SQL tuning, indexing, and query optimization
• Hands‑on experience building data pipelines or integration flows
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure Cosmos DB)
• Experience with Docker or containerized database deployments
• Understanding of CI/CD for database changes
