Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into electronic forms with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submitting forms.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, or phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve processes and implement quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work completed and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with changes in form formats, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry, customer service, and document processing.
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Analyze and resolve data entry issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Utilize specialized software and tools to efficiently complete tasks and manage workload.

Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
