Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and create user personas
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA
• Design and test interactive elements, such as buttons, forms, and navigation
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders through effective presentations
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to the growth and development of the design team
• Ensure designs are accessible and meet the required standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design implementation meets the design intent

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design for mobile applications
• Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design principles, human-centered design, and mobile-specific design patterns
• Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs
• Experience with design systems and style guides
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies
