About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a brand‑new SaaS product from scratch. We need a Node.js Developer to shape the backend architecture, create robust services, and enable rapid iteration for a remote‑first team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable REST APIs using Node.js and Express
• Collaborate with product owners to translate feature specs into clean code
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Set up CI pipelines and monitor performance in a cloud environment
• Document endpoints and contribute to API versioning strategy

Must-have skills

• Strong Node.js development experience
• Proficiency with Express framework
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands‑on experience building RESTful APIs

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or container orchestration
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (Jest, Mocha)
