About the role

Summit Digital is creating a robust data pipeline to feed analytics dashboards for operations teams. We need a Node.js Developer who can design, implement, and optimise backend services that ingest, transform, and expose data in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable ETL micro‑services using Node.js and Express
• Design RESTful APIs for analytics consumption
• Integrate with message queues, cloud storage, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error handling for high reliability
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to refine requirements

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with NodeJS and Express framework
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Design and develop REST API endpoints
• Understanding of data pipeline concepts and async processing

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of data warehousing or analytics tools
