About the role

Pinecrest Systems is preparing a new app store release that tightly couples mobile front‑ends with robust backend services. We need a PHP Developer to shape the API layer, ensure data integrity, and support the mobile team during launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel
• Integrate mobile authentication flows and push‑notification endpoints
• Optimize MySQL queries for high‑traffic scenarios
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee release stability
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to align data contracts

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with PHP 7+ and Laravel framework
• Proficiency in MySQL schema design and performance tuning
• Understanding of mobile‑backend interaction patterns
• Ability to write clean, documented, testable code

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for PHP projects
