Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into our database management system with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and maintain our database of marketing materials, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Provide exceptional customer support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure that all data is accurate and complete
- Develop and maintain reports and spreadsheets to track data entry progress and customer support metrics
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Work closely with our IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system upgrades
- Develop and maintain documentation of data entry procedures and customer support protocols
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all goals and objectives are met
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and customer support, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in database management systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or HubSpot, preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Certification in data entry or customer support, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), preferred
