Key Responsibilities

• Convert complex PDF documents into editable Word files using specialized software and tools.
• Ensure high-quality output and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the documents.
• Work closely with our team of editors, proofreaders, and project managers to ensure seamless conversion of PDF documents.
• Use technical skills and knowledge to resolve conversion issues and problems, and to improve the overall quality of the documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and to deliver customized solutions that meet their needs.
• Use project management tools and software to track progress, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Test and quality-check converted documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in document conversion, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of our document conversion processes and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, and suggest new ideas and approaches to improve our services and processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze and resolve conversion issues and problems, and provide technical support to our team members and clients. Contribute to the development of our document conversion standards, guidelines, and best practices, and ensure compliance with these standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in document conversion, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of document conversion software and tools, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and other specialized software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conversion issues and problems.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support and service to our clients.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, including Trello, Asana, and other similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of document formatting, layout, and design principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve the quality of our documents.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, software, and processes, and to apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to quality-check and proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
