About the role

LumenWorks is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a QA Software Tester to design and execute tests that validate speed, stability, and user experience under real‑world load.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium.
• Create performance test scripts to simulate peak traffic.
• Identify, document, and track defects across the service stack.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Generate clear reports on test outcomes and reliability metrics.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional and performance testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience testing micro‑service architectures.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
