About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a new SaaS product and needs a QA Software Tester to lead a test automation uplift. The focus is on reducing regression risk before the public launch by building reliable, maintainable automated suites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated regression tests for web and API layers using Selenium.
• Integrate test scripts into CI pipelines to run on each build.
• Identify flaky tests, improve stability, and maintain test data management.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test coverage criteria.
• Document test results, create clear defect reports, and track resolution.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing and test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.
• Solid understanding of automation best practices and CI/CD integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with performance testing concepts.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
