About the role

Ridgeline Software is extending a B2B SaaS platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to design and execute test plans that ensure reliability across tenant boundaries and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive manual and automated test cases for multi‑tenant workflows
• Execute regression suites and report defects with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and validate performance under load
• Maintain test documentation and update test suites as product evolves
• Participate in sprint planning to estimate testing effort and risk

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional testing of SaaS applications
• Proficiency with Selenium for web automation
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and defect reports
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture and data isolation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
• Knowledge of performance testing concepts
