About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to ensure the solution meets quality standards and performs reliably under load.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, regression, and performance test cases for ETL processes.
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium to validate data integrity across pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to identify edge cases and improve test coverage.
• Report defects, track them to resolution, and verify fixes.
• Maintain test documentation and metrics for continuous improvement.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing of data‑centric applications.
• Proficiency with Selenium for test automation.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, SQL, and analytics workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated test runs.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
