About the role

Pinnacle Works is expanding its micro‑service ecosystem and needs a focused REST API Developer. You will design, implement, and maintain high‑performance endpoints that power internal tools and external integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document RESTful APIs using NodeJS
• Write clean, efficient JavaScript code adhering to best practices
• Integrate with PostgreSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to refine requirements

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL queries
• Familiarity with version control (Git)

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or containerization
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
