About the role

Cascade Apps is building a unified data flow layer called SyncPulse to bridge its billing platform, CRM, and internal services. We need a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design and embed predictive models that optimize transaction routing and customer segmentation within this integration project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and train ML models in Python using TensorFlow and PyTorch to predict billing anomalies.
• Create feature pipelines that pull data from RESTful billing, CRM, and internal APIs.
• Deploy models as Dockerized micro‑services on Kubernetes, ensuring low‑latency inference.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to embed model endpoints into the SyncPulse API gateway.
• Set up automated CI/CD for model versioning and monitoring with MLflow.
• Deliver performance benchmarks and documentation for each integration milestone.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in Python machine‑learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Experience deploying ML models in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with data preprocessing and feature engineering for tabular data.
• Ability to write production‑grade code and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Background in billing systems or CRM data structures.
