About the role

TechFlow Inc is building a cutting‑edge recommendation engine to personalize user experiences across its platform. We need a senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and fine‑tune models that power real‑time predictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Develop and train models using large‑scale datasets.
• Optimize algorithms for latency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate models into production.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance monitoring.
• Document model architecture and results.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in Python for data science.
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with model deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud ML services.
