About the role

TechFlow Inc is expanding its AI platform to support multi‑tenant analytics for its flagship B2B suite. As an AI Machine Learning Engineer you will design and ship a tenant‑aware recommendation engine that integrates with existing data pipelines. The project focuses on delivering a scalable feature within a tight three‑month window.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a tenant‑segmented model training workflow using TensorFlow and Kubeflow.
• Implement feature extraction pipelines in Python, leveraging Apache Spark for distributed processing.
• Develop RESTful endpoints for model inference, ensuring isolation between tenants.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate model versioning and deployment.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to validate data quality across tenant schemas.
• Deliver performance benchmarks and documentation for the multi‑tenant feature by the end of month two.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in Python‑based machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience building scalable ML pipelines on Spark or Flink.
• Proficiency with REST API design and implementation.
• Hands‑on knowledge of MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Docker.
• Ability to write clean, production‑ready code and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with multi‑tenant data architectures.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana for model metrics.
