About the role

Ridgeline Software is preparing a major app store release that tightly couples its mobile front‑end with backend services. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune automated delivery pipelines that keep mobile and backend builds in sync.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for iOS/Android builds and associated backend services.
• Integrate code quality gates, security scans, and automated testing into pipelines.
• Manage Docker image lifecycle and Kubernetes deployment manifests for staging and production.
• Collaborate with mobile and backend teams to align versioning and release cadences.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve performance.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for mobile and server applications.
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (ECS/EKS, CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or Groovy) and familiarity with GitOps principles.
• Understanding of mobile app signing, OTA updates, and backend API versioning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fastlane or Bitrise for mobile automation.
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Background in performance testing and canary releases.
