About the role
CloudWave Digital is building an intelligent video analytics platform to help clients extract actionable insights from live streams. We need a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to design and implement advanced object detection and tracking pipelines for a high‑throughput, real‑time project.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
- Integrate computer vision pipelines with existing data ingestion and processing services.
- Write efficient, production‑ready code in Python and JavaScript for model inference.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and labeling workflows.
- Perform performance profiling and fine‑tune models for low latency on edge devices.
- Document architecture decisions and create reproducible experiment logs.
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning.
- Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow and OpenCV.
- Strong Python programming, including REST API development.
- Experience deploying models in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of image/video preprocessing and augmentation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks for front‑end visualizations.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools for CI/CD pipelines.
