About the role

Vertex Analytics is accelerating its release cadence with a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that push code from commit to production with minimal friction.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable Kubernetes clusters for CI/CD workloads
• Containerize legacy services and create reproducible Docker images
• Build Git‑based pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and monitoring into the release flow
• Collaborate with developers to refactor scripts for cloud‑native execution

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases
• Strong grasp of Linux, scripting (Bash/Python) and Git workflows

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Helm, Kustomize, or Terraform
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
