About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a Senior Generative AI Specialist to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge large language model solutions for a flagship product. The project focuses on building custom prompts, fine‑tuning models, and integrating generative capabilities into existing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines.
• Fine‑tune LLMs on domain‑specific data sets.
• Create and optimize prompt libraries for varied use cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI features.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and security.
• Document workflows and provide knowledge transfer.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for model integration.
• Experience building REST APIs to serve AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud AI services and containerization.

Nice to have

• Background in MLOps pipelines for continuous model deployment.
• Familiarity with NLP evaluation tools and datasets.
