About the role
Silverline Labs is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a Java Developer who can redesign core services while guaranteeing zero‑downtime deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor monolithic Java code into Spring Boot microservices
- Implement blue‑green and canary release pipelines for seamless rollouts
- Design idempotent APIs that interact with existing data stores
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to protect stability
- Collaborate with ops to configure load balancers and health checks
Must-have skills
- Strong Java expertise with Spring Boot
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying microservices
- Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment patterns
Nice to have
- Kubernetes or Docker container orchestration
