About the role

SwiftTask Agency is scaling its microservice ecosystem for a high‑traffic SaaS product. We need an experienced architect to design, implement, and guide the evolution of loosely‑coupled services that meet performance, security, and scalability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define service boundaries, data contracts, and communication patterns
• Design container‑native deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Mentor developers on best practices for Java‑based microservices
• Collaborate with product and ops teams to align architecture with business needs

Must-have skills

• Proven experience designing and delivering Java microservices at scale
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong understanding of REST, gRPC, and event‑driven architectures
• Ability to create clear architectural documentation and guidelines

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Background in domain‑driven design or CQRS
