About the role

Ridgeline Software is boosting its test automation suite to cut regression risk before major releases. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design data‑driven test frameworks, tune queries for speed, and ensure reliable data fixtures across environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement MongoDB‑backed test data generators.
• Optimize aggregation pipelines and indexes for rapid test data retrieval.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to embed data checks into automated scripts.
• Document best practices for data seeding and cleanup in CI pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data‑related failures during test runs.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years managing MongoDB in production and test settings.
• Deep knowledge of schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
• Experience integrating MongoDB with CI/CD tools.
• Strong scripting ability (JavaScript/NodeJS) for data manipulation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for test environments.
• Background in performance testing or load simulation.
