About the role

CoreData Systems is launching a critical integration project that ties billing, CRM, and internal APIs together. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize data flows across these systems.

Key responsibilities

• Architect MongoDB schemas that support real‑time billing and CRM sync
• Develop Node.js services to bridge internal APIs with MongoDB
• Implement data validation, indexing, and sharding strategies for high throughput
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to expose data via secure REST endpoints
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot replication or latency issues

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB deployment, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning
• Strong Node.js experience for API integration
• Understanding of billing and CRM data models
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS for collaborative debugging

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes orchestration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
