About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is boosting test automation to cut regression risk before launch. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design data strategies that support fast, reliable automated test suites and ensure data integrity across environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement MongoDB schemas optimized for high‑volume test data
• Develop scripts to seed, refresh, and clean test databases automatically
• Collaborate with QA engineers to integrate database operations into CI pipelines
• Monitor performance, index usage, and resolve bottlenecks during test runs
• Document data models and best practices for the automation team

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB clustering, sharding, and aggregation
• Strong command of JavaScript and NodeJS for data handling scripts
• Experience building automated data pipelines for testing environments
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD concepts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React‑based test dashboards
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) for isolated test databases
