Senior Terraform Engineer Needed for Customer-Facing Infrastructure Automation

About the role

NexGen Media is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the IaC that powers this seamless data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Write reusable Terraform modules for multi‑account AWS environments
• Automate provisioning of VPCs, subnets, and security groups supporting API gateways
• Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines to enforce version‑controlled deployments
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to map API endpoints to infrastructure resources
• Perform cost‑optimization reviews and enforce tagging standards

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform expertise in AWS
• Strong grasp of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling
• Experience building secure networking for API integrations
• Proficiency with Terraform state management and workspaces

Nice to have

• Knowledge of serverless services like Lambda and API Gateway
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog
• Exposure to billing or CRM platforms (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce)
