Key Responsibilities

  • Enter survey data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, and take corrective action as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer complaints
  • Meet deadlines and achieve targets, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management systems and procedures
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to the management team
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other duties as required to support the customer service team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Ability to work remotely and participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
