About the role

LumenWorks is preparing a major app store release that requires tight alignment between mobile front‑ends and backend services. We need a Terraform Engineer to shape the infrastructure that powers this launch, ensuring scalability, security, and fast delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Terraform modules for multi‑region AWS environments supporting mobile APIs.
• Collaborate with mobile and backend teams to translate feature requirements into infrastructure as code.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines that automatically provision and test environments.
• Monitor cost and performance, applying optimizations as needed.
• Document architecture decisions and provide knowledge transfer to the ops team.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience writing production‑grade Terraform for AWS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues quickly.
• Excellent communication for cross‑team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile backend patterns (e.g., GraphQL, REST).
• Familiarity with container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
