About the role

TechFlow Inc is building a next‑gen e‑commerce platform and needs a Vue.js Frontend Developer to lead a test automation uplift for its new "Pulse Checkout" module. The goal is to slash regression risk before each launch by integrating automated UI tests into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Cypress end‑to‑end tests for the Pulse Checkout UI.
• Integrate test suites with GitHub Actions to run on every pull request.
• Refactor existing Vue components to improve testability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with QA leads to define acceptance criteria and coverage targets.
• Document test scenarios and reporting dashboards in Confluence.
• Deliver a demo of the automated test flow by week three.

Must-have skills

• 3+ years of Vue.js development experience.
• Proficiency with Cypress or similar UI testing frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write clean, modular code and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript in Vue projects.
• Background in performance testing for web applications.
