Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Configure and optimize WordPress websites for maximum performance
• Implement responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Develop and integrate e-commerce solutions using WordPress plugins
• Integrate third-party APIs and services with WordPress
• Conduct website audits and performance optimization
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
• Develop and implement website security measures
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WordPress websites
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress development (minimum 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress plugins and theme development
• Familiarity with WordPress multisite and network installations
• Understanding of WordPress security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
• Strong understanding of web development principles and standards
