Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage budgets and forecasts, including preparing and analyzing financial reports and providing recommendations to management
• Develop and implement financial models and projections, including forecasting revenue and expenses
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management, including identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
• Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial operations
• Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and policies
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, including providing financial insights and recommendations
• Manage and maintain financial records and systems, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis tools, including budgeting and forecasting software
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of financial operations with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including attending seminars and workshops
• Participate in special projects and initiatives, including financial analysis and modeling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, including business administration or finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including experience with financial statements and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with management and staff
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including collaborating with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including ability to review and analyze financial data
• CPA certification or working towards certification, including completion of relevant courses and exams
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, including budgeting and forecasting software
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
