About the role

CoreData Systems is seeking an Android Developer to build and enhance a flagship mobile application that connects enterprise data with field users. The project focuses on delivering a high‑performance, user‑friendly experience on Android devices within a tight timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features using Kotlin and Java.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure secure data handling.
• Optimize app performance and memory usage.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine user flows.
• Write unit and instrumentation tests to maintain code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Android SDK and Jetpack libraries.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Hands‑on experience consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Familiarity with Git version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android.
• Knowledge of modern testing frameworks (Espresso, Robolectric).
