About the role

Pinecrest Systems is launching a data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and automate the end‑to‑end delivery of this pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Architect CI/CD workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and visualization services
• Containerize ETL components with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes
• Integrate AWS services (S3, Lambda, Redshift) into automated deployment pipelines
• Implement monitoring, logging, and rollback mechanisms for pipeline reliability
• Collaborate with data engineers and ops leads to align deployment cadence with business needs

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for data‑centric workloads
• Strong grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ecosystem
• Hands‑on DevOps automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
• Understanding of data pipeline concepts and analytics tooling

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration platforms
• Background in performance tuning of large‑scale data jobs
