Key Responsibilities

• Editing and retouching photos to enhance quality, remove blemishes, and adjust color balance and contrast
• Collaborating with designers to ensure edited photos meet design requirements and are seamlessly integrated into design projects
• Utilizing Adobe Photoshop to perform advanced editing tasks, including layers, masking, and compositing
• Working with a wide range of image formats, including RAW, JPEG, and TIFF
• Ensuring all edited photos meet Azure Designs' quality standards and are delivered on time
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing and retouching
• Maintaining organization and version control of edited photos and design files
• Communicating effectively with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations
• Participating in project meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative process
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improving the efficiency and quality of the photo editing process
• Adhering to Azure Designs' style guides and brand guidelines when editing photos
• Assisting in the development of photo editing guidelines and best practices
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching, preferably in a design or advertising agency
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, including layers, masking, and compositing
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, color theory, and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, and clients
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Lightroom and Illustrator
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions
• Strong passion for photo editing and retouching, with desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
