Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually stunning and functional mobile applications that meet our high standards
• Conduct user research to identify design problems and develop effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and marketing
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UX design for mobile applications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design concepts are implemented correctly
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design solutions
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for our mobile applications
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including scrum and kanban
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve design-related issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design for mobile applications
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design for mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
