About the role

CoreData Systems is expanding its analytics backbone for operations teams. We need a Database Administrator to design, implement, and fine‑tune data pipelines that feed real‑time dashboards and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable ETL pipelines across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Optimize query performance and ensure data integrity for high‑volume workloads.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define schema and indexing strategies.
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Document database standards and provide knowledge transfer to the ops team.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL administration.
• Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure Cosmos DB).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
